Denise Robitaille and I worked together for the past several years as ANSI representatives on the new ISO 10014 international standard, now in “DIS” stage. We met recently in Washington DC during the US TAG to TC 176 meeting and I arranged to interview her for this Podcast as a follow up to our last program about customer complaints. Her books are excellent and published by Paton Press. Click on this link for further information:http://www.patonpress.com.

Dear Dennis,
I am humbled in so much as I consider you to be the “Dean” of internal process auditing, and your books on the subject stand as archetypal reference material. Denise has been a great ally in the development of the new DIS/ISO 90014 and the working group is fortunate in availing themselves of her insights and uncanny ability to find just the right words at just the right time.
And by the way….when we find ourselves discussing internal auditing, I would be most grateful if you would also consider being part of one or more Podcasts. I’d consider it an honor, and I’m certain that Q-101 listeners would agree!
